Teltonika operates a technology park called 'Teltonika High-Tech Hill' in Vilnius, Lithuania. The park focuses on research and development activities, including the construction of office complexes and research laboratories. The second phase of the park's development includes the construction of a research and experimental development center and capabilities in semiconductor manufacturing and artificial intelligence data centers are planned for later phases.
