Skype

Skype is a voice-call app built in Tallinn in 2003 by Niklas Zennström, Janus Friis, and three Estonian engineers. It was the first of ten billion-dollar companies from Estonia. Skype was bought by eBay for $2.6 billion in 2005 and has since been folded into Microsoft.
