The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development committed a EUR 30 million equity investment for a 40 percent stake in Urban Hub Holding, the SBA Urban joint venture developing small business unit and last mile logistics projects in the Baltics. TABA Invest contributed an additional EUR 11 million in equity to the same projects.
