Framery Group Plc listed on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki on 4 December 2025, pricing its IPO at EUR 8.00 per share for a total offer size of about EUR 200 million and a post listing valuation of roughly EUR 633 million. The offering combined a EUR 20 million primary share issue with a secondary sale by existing shareholders.
